Jordan began his carpentry career early during a co-op course in high school. He never looked back, and was lucky to serve part of his apprenticeship while completing high school. Jordan worked in the commercial and industrial sectors all over the GTA and as far north as Cochrane, Ontario. After attending the College of Carpenters and Allied Trades Jordan began his own business building custom homes and additions. During this time Jordan also applied his keen eye for detail and became an expert tile setter, producing meticulously crafted spa-like bathroom escapes his clients rave about.

Jake has been a carpenter his entire working career. He began working for a custom home builder the summer before going to university, and decided to start an apprenticeship as a general carpenter instead. Since then Jake’s been lucky to have a variety of experiences in the construction field. He’s built custom homes and cottages, worked on insurance restorations, built scaffold around cathedral bell towers, installed heavy structural shoring, and lots more. Before Jordan and Jake began J&J Structures Jake’s final role was as a superintendent for a nuclear construction and maintenance company overseeing multi million dollar projects and a work force numbering into the hundreds. After working in Ontario’s nuclear sector for several years Jake is excited to be back building peoples dreams again.
